Where bet6 is found liable to a player under any legal theory, the maximum aggregate liability of bet6 to that player for all claims arising in any single calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in that calendar month, or ৳50,000 BDT, whichever is lower.

10.5 Force Majeure

bet6 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or pandemics.

11.1 Amendments to These Terms

bet6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — bet6 will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to registered players' email addresses. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of any term) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

11.2 Account Closure by Player

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active wagering requirement applies to bonus funds in the balance.
